The football program will be run through a partnership agreement between Carleton University and Old Crows Football Inc., a not-for-profit corporation composed of community supporters and Carleton football alumni.
 
Old Crows Football Inc., run by a board of directors, will assist the university in the operation of the club and be involved in activities such as the selection and evaluation of the head coach, setting and reviewing the budget, marketing and game day event planning.
Members of the first Old Crows Football Inc. board of directors are: John Ruddy, Kevin McKerrow, Bill Beaton and Brian Hedges. The university will appoint one additional member (Duncan Watt). Old Crows Football Inc. will appoint additional members (Gene Rheaume, Marty Owens).
